A preliminary summary of the cooperative activities between Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology with Binh Dinh Province and Hung Thinh Group
The delegation of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee Province and Hung Thinh Group paid a visit to Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) on the afternoon of 26 March 2021. The visit was to review the nearly one-year implementation of a comprehensive cooperation agreement signed among parties. The delegation consisted of Mr. Lam Hai Giang – Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Mrs. Tran Thuong Thu Giang – Deputy General Director of Hung Thinh Group; Heads of Departments such as Science and Technology, Planning and Investment, and Provincial People’s Committee Office.

The President of HCMUT Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mai Thanh Phong, Vice President of HCMUT Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Danh Thao, academic faculties and functional offices attended the meeting.

The parties have achieved many remarkable results in different fields, such as education and training, scientific research and technology transfer in IT, Environment, Construction, Agriculture and a creative start-up center building in Binh Dinh Province, and so on, after nearly one-year implementation of the comprehensive cooperation program.

At the meeting, leaders of divisions in charge also had deep discussions figuring out shortcomings, proposing solutions, and reaching an agreement on the improvement recommended towards effective collaborations in 2021 and the years to come.
