Tran Thi Phuc holds the Master Degree in International Relations from University of Minho, Portugal in 2012. She has involved in International Cooperation affairs at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT) since 2002. Currently, she is a program/ project coordinator for international cooperation, mainly with Japanese and Korean academic institutions. She also works as a coordinator for ERASMUS + project, namely TACTIC (Through Academic Cooperation Towards Innovative Capacity) – a capacity building in higher education project, particularly in management innovation at HCMUT.
