Rectors’ meeting in Brussels
Twelve leading representatives from universities from Cambodia, Vietnam and Mongolia met in Brussels in the beginning of March. The purpose of the third TACTIC project meeting organized from 6th to 10th March was to create a network among the leading representatives of the partner universities, to distinguish between management and leadership, to give opportunity for open discussions with the EU representatives and to inspire you for further changes and improvements.
We were very pleased to see our partners again. Next TACTIC international conference will take place in Hanoi, Vietnam 4 December 2017. Save the dates! 
First module: Student Enrolment
First training module is behind us. In the end of March (from 23 to 30 March), we organised Administration Management and Student Enrolment training modulein Vietnam and Cambodia. Training module was lectured by Ms. Kadri-Ann Matson and Ms. Keit Kiissel from Tallinn University of Technology. Main issues of training were Marketing and Student Recruitment, Admission and Student Enrolment, Orientation Days, Academic Consultation during the studies (services provided at the faculty level), Mobility processes and Management and Career Centre. 
Second module: Human Resource & Change Management
Next module called Human Resource & Change Management was held from 10 to 15 April in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The five days training module was lectured by associate professor Dr. Laurent Giraud from Toulouse School of Management. Training module addressed the main issues of Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Change Management (OCM) from an academic and practical perspective. The objective was to make the trainees at ease with both disciplines so that they can train their own staff and develop a serious HR policy in their respective institutions.
